CGIAR
One of FI4IAR’s goals is to promote French and European research teams’ contribution in projects initiated by the CGIAR as indicated in the conclusions of the CNER report on French contribution to international agricultural research. In order to achieve this goal, French research teams are involved actively in the propositions that are currently being formulated so as to contribute significantly to the second generation of Challenge Programs for which proposals have been launched by the CGIAR in 2007. FI4IAR’s Direction, as part of the French delegation, participated in the CGIAR Annual General Meeting 2007 that was held in Beijing, .
